Job summary

The Senior Project Manager oversees large-scale, complex projects across multiple business areas, managing resources, schedules, risks, and governance. They lead projects using various methodologies, support data and process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, and delivery teams using appropriate Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methods. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to improve processes and data quality, manage vendors and organizational readiness, and ensure measurable business outcomes and benefits.

Requires a bachelor's degree and PMP certification, along with eight years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or portfolios. Candidates should have experience with cross-functional delivery, Agile or hybrid methods, data and process improvement, executive governance, vendor management, and strong financial, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
