Job summary

The IT Senior Program Manager develops and leads program plans, governance, and performance metrics for a portfolio of 3 to 5 related projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues across projects; monitoring delivery and benefits; providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management, program sponsors, and stakeholders; leading organizational change management activities; coordinating stakeholder communications and training; supporting successful transition and sustainment.

Responsibilities
