Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for leading the site housekeeping and laundry team to ensure high cleanliness and service standards at the lodge. They manage the housekeeping budget, oversee room turnover, and ensure compliance with safety and chemical handling protocols.

Qualifications

Budget Management Chemical Safety cleaning Customer Service Inspection & Quality Control Inventory Management Linen Management Safety Compliance Scheduling Team Leadership

Candidates must have at least 5 years of housekeeping or facility services experience and 3 years of leadership experience. A degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
