Job summary

The Operations Manager oversees the performance, service quality, and financial results of lodge locations, leading site teams, managing budgets, and maintaining client relationships in a demanding hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager is responsible for the operational performance, financial results, and service quality of an assigned portfolio of lodge locations. They lead site leadership teams, manage budgets and P&L, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of progressive operations experience in hospitality or facilities management and 3 years of leadership experience. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required, along with the ability to work a rotational schedule in remote environments.
