Job summary

The People Operations Lead owns the employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and office management, designing scalable, AI-native processes for a fast-growing company. Responsibilities include handling employee contracts, queries, HR data, payroll, benefits, and organizing company events and office logistics. The role reports to the Senior People Partner and involves automation, compliance, and employee experience optimization.

Responsibilities

You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including payroll, benefits, HRIS data, and office operations. Additionally, you will drive process efficiency by automating routine tasks and building AI-native workflows for the People function.

Qualifications

AI Automation Benefits administration Data management Fire safety First aid HR Operations HRIS Payroll UK employment law

Candidates must have hands-on experience in People or HR Operations, including payroll and benefits administration. A professional qualification such as CIPD or equivalent experience is required, along with strong HRIS skills and knowledge of UK employment law.
