Job summary

Provide high-quality critical care nursing in a medical center during night shifts, ensuring patient safety, effective communication, and adherence to healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned critical care patients, assessing needs and documenting assessments, care plans, interventions, and medication outcomes. Coordinate patient education and communication, prioritize changing care needs, support safe transfers and individualized care, and maintain infection control and a safe environment.

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing school, an active Pennsylvania RN license, and AHA Basic Life Support certification are required. The role also requires one year of critical care experience.
