Responsibilities

The Estates Technical Manager will lead the delivery of technical facilities management services and ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements within a healthcare environment. They are responsible for managing the planned preventative maintenance schedule, overseeing budgets, and developing the estates team.
