Support and maintain highly automated manufacturing systems, troubleshooting PLCs, robots, and electrical components, ensuring data capture and network connectivity, with a focus on continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Provide factory systems support in a highly automated production environment by troubleshooting assembly machines and PLC programs. Implement continuous improvement solutions to maximize equipment efficiency and maintain robotics and electrical components.

Qualifications

Automation troubleshooting Control systems Electrical systems Electronics and electrical diagrams Networking (LAN/WAN) PLC programming Power systems Programming (PLC, HMI, Remote I/O) Robotics Vision systems

Requires 2-4 years of experience as an Automation Technician or equivalent in a high-speed manufacturing setting. Candidates should possess a Level 6 Certificate, Diploma, or Senior Trades qualification in Electrical & Automation Engineering.
