Responsibilities

Manage and control maintenance and repair of M&E equipment across multiple blue-chip contracts within the mobile portfolio. Lead a diverse engineering team while ensuring operational, regulatory, and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

Electrical Facility Management HVAC Maintenance Regulatory Compliance

Requires a recognized industry qualification in Electrical (BS7671 18th Edition or C&G2391) or Mechanical/HVAC disciplines. Knowledge of statutory compliance and business-critical services like UPS and MGPS is essential.
