Job summary

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Collections & Recoveries Management Information (MI) Specialist to use data insights to influence decisions, ensuring customer outcomes are prioritized. The role involves analyzing complex financial data with SAS, creating visualizations with PowerBI, and supporting operational teams with high-quality MI. The candidate should have experience with large datasets, stakeholder interaction, and Excel.

Responsibilities

You will deliver insightful management information and clear commentary on performance within Collections and Recoveries. You will act as a subject matter expert, translating complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Banking Data Customer Data Data Analysis Data Visualization Excel Financial Data PowerBI Problem Solving SAS Stakeholder Communication

Candidates must have proven experience coding in SAS and Power BI with a track record of working with large, complex datasets. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels are essential.
