Provide expert clinical care for high-acuity cardiac patients in a critical care setting. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex interventions and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

BSN cardiac care Cardiac dysrhythmia proficiency critical care CRRT ECMO hemodynamic monitoring Intra-aortic balloon pumps VADs ventilator management

Requires a BSN degree or commitment to obtain one within three years, along with at least two years of stepdown experience. Must hold active BLS and ACLS certifications and be eligible for Delaware RN licensure.
