Job summary

The Validation Manager at Waymo oversees end-to-end validation operations for autonomous vehicle platforms, managing cross-functional teams, vendor performance, and operational strategies to optimize fleet efficiency and deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) validation operations to bring new platform variants online in validation fleets. Manage operational planning, fleet efficiency, and executive reporting to ensure operational readiness and uptime.

Qualifications

Automotive Hardware Validation Cross-Functional Leadership Data Analysis Logistics Operational Strategy Process Improvement Program Management Robotic Hardware Validation Stakeholder Management Vendor Management

Requires 7-10+ years of experience in Program or Technical Program Management focused on physical operations or logistics. Must possess strong cross-functional leadership skills and a data-centric approach to problem-solving in ambiguous environments.
