Responsibilities

The Crisis Clinician provides mobile crisis triage, intervention, and follow-up services to community residents in response to 988 or other referrals. This role involves assessing safety and suicide risk, determining appropriate levels of care, and collaborating with community partners to ensure client connection to services.

Qualifications

Assessment Client Follow-up Community Resources Navigation Crisis Dispositioning Crisis Intervention Crisis Triage De-escalation Skills Psychiatric Diagnosis Risk and Safety Assessment Substance Use Treatment

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in behavioral health or human services and possess an active, unencumbered provisional license in Indiana (LSW, LMFTA, or LMHCA). A valid driver's license and CPR/first aid certification are also required for this community-based role.
