Responsibilities

The Technical Customer Advisor manages the customer fulfillment process for hazardous waste services from order placement through billing. They act as the primary point of contact, ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating with internal teams to schedule services and resolve ticket issues.

Qualifications

Collaboration Communication Skills Customer Service Detail Orientation EPA RCRA DOT OSHA Regulations Organization Verbal and Written Skills Waste Management and Disposal

Candidates should have demonstrable experience in customer service and waste management, with a preference for a degree in science, mathematics, or business. Strong knowledge of EPA, RCRA, and DOT regulations is highly preferred along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
