Job summary

Assist in maintaining sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene in kitchen and food processing areas, support food service operations, and ensure safety standards.

Responsibilities

The utility steward is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food processing facilities and back-of-house areas. They also assist kitchen staff with equipment maintenance, banquet plate-ups, and the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications
