Job summary

The registered nurse (RN) in this role provides physical, psychological, and social support to senior residents, performs clinical duties according to standards, develops care plans, monitors health changes, documents accurately, and participates in care conferences, all while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
