Job summary

The Rental Sales Agent at SIXT is responsible for customer service and sales at the airport branch, advising customers on vehicle rentals, upselling upgrades and additional services, and exceeding sales goals through effective communication and relationship building.

Responsibilities

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the rental process and managing vehicle agreements. Additionally, you will actively upsell vehicle upgrades and protection packages to meet and exceed performance-based sales goals.
