Responsibilities

You will provide essential personal care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, following personalized care plans to ensure dignity and independence. Responsibilities include assisting with medication, mobility, meal preparation, and light domestic duties while building meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

Candidates should ideally have at least 6 months of social care experience and a compassionate, resilient nature. You must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to travel between client homes within the local community.
