Job summary

Roblox seeks an Engineering Manager for the Account Security pod to lead efforts in reducing account takeover, developing security strategies, and collaborating with product teams to create a safe platform for its global community of users.

Responsibilities

Lead the Account Security pod to formulate and execute strategies that reduce account takeover (ATO) and build community trust. Manage a team of 7+ engineers while remaining technically authoritative through code contributions and architectural reviews.

Qualifications

Abuse Detection Account Security Cryptography Data Analysis Identity Management Product Strategy Security and Fraud Detection Software Engineering System Architecture Team Leadership

Requires extensive experience in account security, identity, or fraud detection with a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams. Must be capable of driving security features from inception to launch and managing complex system challenges at scale.
