Job summary

Assist customers in retail settings, process Omni-Channel orders, enhance customer experience through product knowledge, and maintain store standards. Provide excellent customer care, support flexible work hours, and engage in ongoing learning to improve sales and service skills.

Responsibilities

You will provide exceptional customer service by guiding and assisting shoppers with clothing and product purchases. Additionally, you will manage store operations, including preparing and shipping Omni-Channel orders and maintaining an immaculate store environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should have previous retail, customer service, and sales experience along with competent IT skills. You must be able to learn product information quickly and work effectively within a small team.
