Responsibilities

The Sourcing Lead will identify, source, and evaluate acquisition targets, strategic investments, and partnership opportunities to support Anthropic's growth. Qualifications

AI/ML knowledge analytical skills deal execution financial modeling M&A evaluation market research relationship building sector deep-dives strategic sourcing technological understanding

Candidates should have 6-8 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or venture capital with strong analytical and financial modeling skills. A technical background or degree is required, along with a deep interest in AI safety and the ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
