Job summary

Provide person-centred care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs in a care home setting, ensuring safety and maintaining care plans.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centered care to residents, including assistance with personal care, nutrition, and hydration needs. Maintain accurate care plans and observe resident behavior to ensure high standards of safety and well-being.

Qualifications
