Job summary

Monarch is seeking experienced Product Managers (Senior, Staff, Principal) to own discovery, prioritization, and delivery within key product areas such as aggregation, core product, and AI, focusing on personal finance solutions. The role involves end-to-end ownership, technical fluency, and a user-centric approach, with a heavy emphasis on AI-powered features and financial data systems.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a high-leverage product area, from identifying opportunities to shipping and iterating in-market. Lead discovery and delivery across Aggregation, Core Product, or AI-powered experiences to simplify personal finance for members.

Qualifications

AI/AI Product Data Architecture Data Pipeline Financial Data Fintech Product Management Quantitative Analysis Systems-Level Complexity Technical Fluency User Experience

Requires 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products. Candidates must be comfortable with technical complexity, high autonomy, and the daily use of AI in their workflow.
