Looking for a Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of Home Instead's domiciliary care services, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing a team, maintaining high-quality care standards, and engaging with the community.

Responsibilities

The Care Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of two care offices, ensuring full regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery. They will lead the team, manage client acquisition, oversee care planning, and foster a positive, person-centred culture.

Qualifications
