Job summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide specialized pediatric care in a hospital setting, focusing on patient organization, care delivery, collaboration, and advocacy for ethical, holistic care in a pediatric trauma center.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will organize and deliver patient care using the nursing process while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality and patient experience. They are responsible for advocating for ethical, holistic care and fostering a supportive learning environment for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification BLS Certification Clinical Assessment Communication Nursing Patient Care Specialty Certification Teamwork

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid Washington State RN license. At least one year of experience in an acute care setting and relevant certifications such as BLS and PALS are required or preferred.
