The Manager, Analytics & Digital Enablement leads enterprise reporting, analytics, and digital enablement initiatives, managing BI platforms such as Power BI and TIBCO Spotfire, and fostering a data-driven culture. Responsibilities include platform administration, stakeholder collaboration, governance, and enabling self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise reporting and analytics function by managing BI platforms and a team of analysts to enable data-driven decision-making. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT to deliver governed reporting solutions and champion self-service analytics.

Requires a bachelor's degree and over 7 years of experience in enterprise BI, including at least 3 years of leadership experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, TIBCO Spotfire, and SQL is required, with oil and gas industry experience strongly preferred.
