Job summary

The Director of Housekeeping provides executive leadership for all housekeeping, laundry, public area, and linen operations across the resort. This position manages standards, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, budgets, and team leadership to deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising teams, managing inventory, and collaborating across departments to uphold the resort’s luxury service quality.

Responsibilities

The Director of Housekeeping provides executive leadership for all housekeeping, laundry, and public area operations to ensure luxury brand standards are met. This role is responsible for managing budgets, leading large teams, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Candidates must have at least five years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury environment and experience managing teams of 50+ colleagues. An associate degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong knowledge of hospitality systems and accessibility compliance.
