Job summary

Assist residents with personal care, support their physical, psychological, social needs, and maintain safety and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

Provide residents with physical, psychological, and social care, including assistance with washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meals. Attend staff meetings, maintain professional development, support staff training, and follow safeguarding, whistleblowing, fire safety, and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Caring Communication First aid Health & Social Care

Kindness, a caring approach, organization, confident communication, and flexibility to work shifts are sought. A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or a care certificate, care home experience, and team leadership experience are desirable but not essential, as training is provided.
