Job summary

As a Care Assistant, you'll support residents with personal and social care needs, monitor their behaviour, support nutrition and hydration, and facilitate social activities. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and some experience in care settings or relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, motivated attitude. Previous experience in a care home or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification is considered desirable.
