Proactive Operations Manager overseeing high-end residential estates, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, team management, and stakeholder relations across South & South-West England, with travel and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Support site-based teams and oversee consistent, high-quality facilities services across a portfolio of residential estates, including compliance, rotas, budgets, and staff development. Manage client relationships, support site mobilisation, resolve operational issues, and report on service performance and financial control.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills Communication Facilities Management FM Software Health & Safety Microsoft Office Operational Management People Management

People management experience and an IOSH Managing Safely or similar health and safety qualification are required. An IWFM qualification or willingness to work toward one is essential; facilities or operational management experience, strong organisational and communication skills, analytical ability, and Microsoft Office proficiency are desirable or expected.
