Job summary

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

Responsibilities

You will lead the kitchen team to ensure service runs efficiently while maintaining high standards for food preparation and presentation. Additionally, you will deputize for management and ensure all safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have the ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment and demonstrate strong leadership skills. You must also possess sufficient English proficiency to handle safety protocols and allergen controls effectively.
