Lead revenue, pricing, and business strategy to optimize hotel revenue, develop market strategies, analyze business performance, and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Director of Revenue Strategy provides leadership in pricing, distribution, and revenue optimization to maximize total revenues for the resort. They are responsible for developing strategic business plans, managing inventory, and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of revenue management leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality or service industry. A strong understanding of distribution, forecasting, budgeting, and digital marketing processes is required.
