Job summary

The Director of Technical Program Management at Mastercard leads a global TPM organization, overseeing strategic delivery across the MSBX portfolio. Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and over 10 years of experience leading complex technical programs or software delivery initiatives. Candidates must have at least 5 years of people leadership experience and a strong background in Agile environments and modern engineering practices.
