Job summary

This position is responsible for arranging and coordinating all aspects relative to sea staff being employed, paid, appointed, joining and leaving Company vessels, all in accordance with the company Quality Management System and associated work processes and client specific requirements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of sea staff employment, onboarding, and compliance to meet company and client requirements. Manage documentation, payroll, and communication with crew and clients.

Qualifications

Client communication crew management Marine operations Payroll processing recruitment Safety regulations Sea staff coordination Ship management

Experience in crew recruitment and management within the shipping industry, with knowledge of Oil and Gas sector preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and regulatory compliance skills required.
