Job summary

Lead and manage manufacturing operations during various shifts, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team development. Collaborate across departments to optimize site performance, enforce safety standards, foster continuous improvement, and maintain high manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

The Shift Manager is responsible for leading production shifts to ensure safe, efficient, and effective operations while meeting KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity. They will coach and develop team members, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of operational excellence.

Qualifications

Candidates must have proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role and strong people management skills. A continuous improvement mindset and a recognised qualification in Health & Safety or Quality Management are highly desirable.
