Job summary

Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a Day Surgery setting, ensuring safety, therapeutic treatment, and communication with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to ensure safe and therapeutic outcomes. They will lead efforts to create a safe patient environment while delivering evidence-based care across the surgical continuum.

Qualifications

acls bls clinical decision making communication skills evidence-based practice nursing PALS patient care surgical services

Candidates must have completed an accredited nursing program and hold a valid state Registered Nurse license. Required certifications include BLS, with ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire, along with at least two years of bedside inpatient or surgical experience.
