Job summary

Provides direct nursing care in a medical-surgical setting, following established policies and procedures. Utilizes nursing process for patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team to deliver holistic, culturally sensitive nursing care, with a focus on quality improvement and patient safety. Requires a nursing license and no prior experience.

Responsibilities

Provides direct nursing care by systematically evaluating the quality and effectiveness of practice while serving as a patient advocate. Coordinates with inter-professional teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.

Qualifications
