Job summary

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for HSBC branch customers, providing an outstanding customer experience through effective communication, education on digital banking and fraud awareness, and supporting vulnerable customers and those with complex banking needs. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, ownership of customer enquiries, resilience, and the ability to deliver personalized service. Full training is provided, with a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, working Monday to Saturday. Benefits include a salary of £27,200, holiday entitlement, healthcare, pension, and other perks.

Responsibilities

You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing personalized service and supporting them with complex banking needs. Additionally, you will educate customers on digital platforms and actively promote fraud awareness within the branch.
