Job summary

Openwork is seeking an Executive Recruiter to manage recruiting activities, build candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and support onboarding to deliver qualified talent to clients. The role requires relationship-building, sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills, focused on providing a high-quality candidate experience and supporting client hiring needs.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for direct hire and contract professional positions across various industries. Partner with clients and internal account teams to identify hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition is preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
