Job summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse responsible for assessing residents' health, developing and revising care plans, administering medications and treatments, documenting accurately, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across various Bethesda healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

Assess resident health status and develop dynamic care plans through an interdisciplinary approach. Perform nursing interventions including medication and IV administration while monitoring resident conditions and documenting all care.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Nurse with active licenses in both Missouri and Illinois and a current CPR/AED certification. Requires experience in long-term care and rehab, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between multiple facilities.
