Job summary

Provides nursing care to residents including assessments, medication management, and implementing care plans in a long-term care environment. Must hold an active LPN license in MO & IL, with at least 2 years of experience, and be able to communicate effectively, document accurately, and work across multiple Bethesda healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

Provides basic nursing care, monitors resident conditions, and implements nursing interventions as part of the interdisciplinary team. Ensures medication administration and treatments are performed safely while maintaining accurate documentation and effective communication with families and physicians.

Qualifications
