Lead the global team, embed talent frameworks, and utilize insights for better decision-making across regions. Drive enterprise talent practices, foster internal growth, and align talent with business needs in a complex, global setting.

Responsibilities

The Global Talent Management Leader will shape and drive the enterprise talent management strategy, aligning workforce capabilities with business growth priorities. They will lead the global Talent Management Team and partner with executive leadership to embed data-led talent frameworks across the organization.

Candidates must have executive-level experience in talent management within a complex global organization and strong proficiency in leveraging workforce data. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, along with experience in professional services or engineering consulting.
