Job summary

The Senior Manager, Lean Enterprise is responsible for driving Manufacturing Excellence across all Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing and implementing sustainable systems, promoting a lean culture, coaching site leaders, leading strategic planning, facilitating workshops, and managing direct reports to optimize safety, quality, delivery, lead-time, and cost.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will drive manufacturing excellence across all facilities by designing and implementing sustainable systems to improve safety, quality, and operational performance. They are responsible for leading strategic planning, facilitating lean workshops, and coaching site leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Built-in Quality Hoshin Planning Lean Enterprise Manufacturing Cell Design Manufacturing Excellence Manufacturing Training & Certification Scheduling & Material Operating System Standardized Work Value Stream Mapping Workplace Organization (5S)

Candidates must have at least 10 years of industrial experience in driving continuous improvement, with a preference for prior experience as a Plant Continuous Improvement Manager. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with specialized knowledge in lean methodologies and strategic planning.
