Job summary

Seeking a customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to lead sales in Southwest Houston, Texas. Responsible for developing sales plans, prospecting new business, managing customer relationships, conducting site visits, collaborating with teams, and representing company at industry events.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales plan, generate new business, and grow existing customer relationships by assessing needs and recommending material handling solutions. Coordinate with service, parts, and finance teams, maintain CRM records and forecasts, and represent the company at customer demonstrations and industry events.

Qualifications

Requires at least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in material handling, industrial equipment, or logistics, and a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation, presentation, organizational, and CRM skills, a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
