Job summary

Senior Embedded Software Engineer leading development of embedded software for quantum computer control hardware, primarily FPGA-based, involving collaboration with scientists and engineers, and software/hardware evaluation in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and debug embedded software for FPGA-based quantum computer control hardware. Collaborate with scientists and engineers to validate new control concepts on internal testbeds.

Qualifications

C/C++ programming control hardware device drivers embedded Linux embedded software development FPGA development Hardware description languages (HDL) including Verilog, System Verilog, VHDL Lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMM, JTAG, logic analyzers) Python programming Xilinx Vitis SDK

Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of industry experience in embedded software development. Candidates must be U.S. persons due to national security and contractual requirements.
