Job summary

The Leadership Development Program is a full-time role designed to develop future leaders by rotating through key areas of a car care business, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, operations, and financial management, with opportunities for mentorship, training, and career growth.

Responsibilities

Manage daily Car Care operations, including financial performance, inventory, staffing, and shop efficiency. Recruit, coach, and develop employees while ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of leadership experience. Candidates must possess strong business acumen and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, physical shop environment.
