Job summary

The role involves providing personalized care, supporting leisure and social activities, and demonstrating kindness and respect to residents, families, and colleagues in a care home setting. Responsibilities

Provide personalised care to residents in accordance with individual care plans. Support the enrichment of residents' lives by encouraging and participating in social and leisure activities.

Qualifications

No previous experience is required as full training is provided. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and possess a genuine care for older people.
