Job summary

Responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to surgical and medical patients in a fast-paced inpatient unit, including assessment, medication administration, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse will provide and coordinate evidence-based nursing care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, administering treatments, and educating patients and families throughout the care continuum.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) and an active Registered Nurse license in Indiana or a compact state. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, along with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
