Job summary

The RN Team Leader LC is responsible for managing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, leading process and quality improvement initiatives, and fostering staff development and mentorship within the hospital setting.

Responsibilities

The RN Team Leader is responsible for overseeing staff performance, scheduling, and development while ensuring high standards of patient safety and satisfaction. They act as a liaison between management and clinical staff to align unit goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications
