The position is for Registered Nurses, preferably with a background or interest in operating room duties, including scrubbing and circulating, with a focus on perioperative patient care. Requirements include an active RN license in Indiana, Basic Life Support certification, and a degree from an accredited nursing program, with preferred BSN qualification.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, compassionate patient care within the operating room by scrubbing and circulating during surgical procedures. They will also participate in interdisciplinary teams to improve processes and support the unit's clinical goals.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an Associate of Nursing degree and a current Indiana Registered Nurse license, with a Bachelor of Nursing preferred. A Basic Life Support certification through the AHA is required, and candidates must live within 45 minutes of the hospital.
